We know that booking a ride in a new country can feel like a leap of faith. Here are the answers to the questions we hear most often:
You won't have to wander around looking for a sign. For airport pickups, we offer a meet & greet service where your chauffeur waits in the arrival hall with your name clearly displayed. We also send you a link to track your driver’s status in real-time – no app download required. You can always refer to your e-ticket with specific instructions on how and where to meet your driver.
Travel rarely goes perfectly to plan, and we get that. We monitor your flight status automatically. If you’re running late, your driver adjusts the pickup time. You also get a complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes. If delay is known to be delayed for more than an hour, please contact us on the number provided on your e-ticket. In the event of a flight cancellation, please give us a call directly, as well, to clearly identify the policy applies with regards to your booking.
Absolutely. Unlike standard ride-sharing apps, we allow you to select specific vehicle types for your needs. You can book a pet-friendly ride for your furry companions or a WAV (Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle) with professional ramps. Just select your requirement during booking, and we’ll handle the rest.
Yes. Safety for your little ones is a priority. You can request child, toddler, or booster seats during the booking process.
Yes. We believe in total transparency. The rate you see at checkout includes tolls, taxes, fuel, and gratuities. You can put your wallet away once you’re in the car; there are no "surprise" fees at the end of the journey.
