How far/near can I book a ride in advance?
You can book a ride within the next year of your booking date. In order to assure the best service possible, we suggest you book any ride with at least 12 hours prior to your ride.
When and how do I receive my booking confirmation?
Your booking details, as weel as your booking number will be sent to your mobile number (via SMS) and email account once the reservation has been confirmed, which usually happens a few minutes after you have made the payment.
How can I choose my pickup time?
The booking window includes a date/time window, so you can define your pickup time. The time will be automatically settled for any airport ride, based on the flight number selected (Between 2-3 hours prior to departure on airport drop-offs and 1 hour
after scheduled international flight arrival/ 30 minutes for domestic arrival for airport pickups). However, you can change the time based on your preferences.
Where’s the “Special request/ Notes for the driver” field located? / What can I ask for in this field?
Prior to your payment, you will find a “Special requests” field, where you can ask for a specific requirement. Within you can ask for things such as child seats, help with mobility assistance (wheelchairs, crutches) or Wi-Fi service. The fulfillment
of your requirements will depend on capacity and availability. In order to confirm your request, you can do it using the link sent with your booking code.
I don’t know my flight number yet. Can I book an airport pickup/drop-off?
Just pick the airport and any flight available. Our customer care staff will confirm your flight number with you prior to your ride.
How can I book a ride for an address that can’t be found?
If the address you’re looking is not showed please contact our Help Center (+1 800 814 4204) or email to firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the coverage.
Why do you need my flight number for an airport pickup/drop-off ride?
In order to track your flight status, so we can make the proper arrangements to be at the airport for you on time, avoiding any delays in your service.
What kind of ride services does ELife offer?
There are 3 main services:

3. Long distance transportation.
What cities does ELife cover?
We cover the world’s 1,500 most important airports in 150 countries, covering thousands of cities, some of them with reduced or zero access to mobility apps. Just type your location on the booking window. If it appears, we will get you covered.
How many passengers are allowed for a ride?
Each vehicle has a specific passenger allowance, showed at the passenger icon next to the vehicle image. Under any circumstances exceeding the passenger’s allowance is permitted.
Can you provide child car seat?
Safety, especially for children, is our top priority. Please leave us a note in the section "Special requests" when you fill your order. Our driver will make necessary arrangement to accommodate upon capacity and availability.
How can I book a meet & greet sign?
Below the special requests field, you will find a field to ask for a meet & greet, where you can ask for a personalized welcome sign. Additional fees apply depending on location.
In which currencies can I pay for an ELife ride?
Payments can be done in multiple currencies, including US, Canadian, Australian and Hong Kong dollars, Chinese Yuan, Japanese Yen and much more. You can check all the available currencies located at the menu located in the upper right corner of our website
How can I know the luggage capacity for the vehicle? / What happens if I need a bigger luggage allowance than the one stablished for my ride?
The luggage allowance for each type of vehicle appears at the luggage icon next to the vehicle’s image on the vehicle selection screen. No extra luggage can be transported above the allowance, so consider booking a bigger unit in case of needing extra space
for your personal belongings.
Can I request for a specifc driver?
Of course. You can request same driver of any previous ride by letting us know in the “Note to driver” field. Your request will be completed upon capacity and availability.
Can I request to make a stop along the way?
If you need to add a stop along the route, please contact us. Additional charges may apply based on number of stops and time/distance for each one.
What languages does ELife drivers speak? / How can I book a ride with a driver that speaks my language?
All our drivers speak English, besides the local language of your destination. If you need a driver who speaks a different language, please ask for him in the special requests field, your request will be fulfilled upon capacity and availability.
Does ELife allow animals/pets in the cars? / How can I ask for a ride including animal transportation?
Please let us know you will be traveling with animals/pets on the special requests field. The animals transported must always remain inside their transportation cage.
I have a group arriving from different flights, what do I need to do?
Please select the latest flight of your group arrival, in order to avoid any extra waiting time fees.
Which options do I have to pay for an ELife ride?
All payments are made through Stripe, a leading financial service company in USA, to make secure payments. Stripe accepts Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Union Pay, Discover and American Express cards.
Which charges and fees are included in my payment?
Tips, parking, fuel, taxes, and toll roads charges are included within your payment.
Can I get any extra charges for my ride once I have paid for it?
Additional fees may come from unscheduled stops and waiting periods over the included in the service provided.
